It is well known that physical activity is an important part of a healthy, whole lifestyle. Our goal with this course is to give you a bit more insight into how children and young people experience physical activity, what motivates them, what it does for their overall health and how you can best support it. Many of our courses recommend physical activity as a necessary healthy habit, here we’ll give you a fuller description of why that is!

- How you can help your foster child be more active.
